Noticing Hope
Settle into your body and take a slow breath in… and out.
Hope often begins quietly.
Notice one small sign of possibility—something unfinished,
something still alive.
Silently say:
“I notice what is still possible.”
Let that be enough for today.
Hope in the Body
Take a gentle breath.
Bring awareness to your body, just as it is today.
Notice one place where there is energy, warmth, or even simple steadiness.
Silently offer:
“My body carries hope.”
“I am still here.”
Let this truth ground you.
Hope Without Certainty
Breathe in slowly… and release.
Hope does not require guarantees.
Notice any desire for certainty or control, and gently loosen it.
Silently say:
“I can hope without knowing how.”
“Uncertainty does not cancel hope.”
Let openness replace pressure.
Shared Hope
Take a steady breath.
Bring to mind a person, community, or story that has carried hope through difficulty.
Notice how hope grows when it is shared.
Silently repeat:
“I am not the only one hoping.”
“We carry hope together.”
Let connection strengthen you.
Hope in Difficulty
Breathe in deeply.
Acknowledge something that feels heavy, unresolved, or painful.
Without bypassing it, notice one way hope can exist alongside it, however faint.
Silently offer:
“Hope can coexist with grief.”
“This is not the end of the story.”
Let honesty and hope breathe together.
Choosing Hope
Take a slow, open breath.
Hope can be a quiet choice rather than a feeling.
Ask gently:
“What would it mean to lean toward hope today?”
No need to answer—just notice what arises.
Silently say:
“I turn toward what gives life.”
“Small hope is enough.”
Let intention be light.
Carrying Hope Forward
Take one deep, grounding breath.
Gather the moments of hope from the week, clear or fragile, steady or fleeting.
Let them settle in your body like a soft glow.
Silently offer this blessing:
“Hope travels with me.”
“May I continue to choose life.”
Rest here for a few breaths.
