Midweek Pause

Loving Kindness Meditation

Join us for a guided loving kindness meditation,  a wonderful practice that can bring about inner peace, improve emotional well-being, and foster a deeper connection with others. 


We meet online every Wednesday at 7 a.m. Pacific time for about 15 minutes. No cameras, no registration required. Come as you are whether you are making the kids' lunches or drinking coffee in bed.


This meditation is open to all and is not associated with any specific religion or organization. We aim to create a warm, inclusive space centered around love and acceptance for everyone.
